1.	A variety of domestic extensions and refurbishments.
2.	Several projects for commercial clients such as DCS Europe PLC, Brooker Properties Ltd., Roba Metals Ltd, and SJ Gaskets Ltd. Contracts have included a 40,000 sq. feet warehouse to a £500,000 crushing plant.
3.	Residential developments of between 4 – 8 houses.
4.	Individual houses for private clients, one with a contract value in excess of £850,000.
5.	Numerous barn conversions, including large individual barns and developments of up to 5 units.
The company enjoys a working relationship with a small number of excellent architects and surveyors, and is therefore able to help clients requiring design work, planning permission and surveys. We have had NHBC membership since 1982 and can offer 10 year insurance warranties on new dwellings.
With each tender price our company issues, we voluntarily give a completion date and offer a penalty clause for exceeding that period. A list of at least five previous clients are provided, to enable you to discuss our past performance.
